Returns

Leisure Craft charges a minimum 20% re-stocking fee plus shipping on returned merchandise.

Damages

Do Not accept damaged goods. 

By law, the carrier must wait up to 15 minutes for the inspection process. 

Refuse delivery on any damaged goods. 

If item is damaged and it is signed for, it is up to the carrier to determine the outcome of your claim.

If item arrives damaged from shipping, please contact us by email and provide freight document/photos within 48 hours of delivery.  We will replace the item in most cases.

We only accept Major Credit Cards, Money Orders, Checks (must clear bank), Paypal, and Official School District Purchase Orders. 

You do not have to have a paypal or special online account to use a credit card with us.
